Pelvic complaints
Pelvic complaints often arise from sitting or standing for too long and from bending or lifting. The pelvis has two SI joints on either side of the spine at the back, which are a common source of pain in the lower back. The SI joint can sometimes be too mobile (for example after pregnancy), which leads to pelvic instability. The SI joint can also be blocked, which can result in a pelvic tilt.
We treat
With orthopedic manual therapy we can treat complaints well by manually stabilizing the pelvis or by moving it. Movement, especially walking, also reduces the complaints.
