Sens in operation
Healthy and committed employees are the most important asset of a company. Sens in company offers an integrated approach to mental and physical vitality and looks for what individuals, teams and organizations need to function and develop optimally.
Care: better than Cure
Absenteeism due to illness in the Netherlands costs employers more than €11 billion annually. Preventing absenteeism therefore results in direct savings. Over the course of more than 20 years, Sens has developed a unique Health Program for both physical and mental vitality.
Cure: sometimes more is needed
If there is (imminent) absenteeism, more intensive guidance is required for recovery. The return to work is supervised at the employee level and attention is paid to preventing relapse. At organizational level, we work in the triangle HR - Company doctor <-> employability experts <-> Sens. Managers are involved in employee processes as part of reintegration if this adds value.

Hanny Bouwmans
Thanks to my 35 years of experience as a Mensendieck exercise therapist and my 10 years of experience as a Work, Organizational and Health Psychologist, I have extensive knowledge of both the physical and mental causes of excessive work load. I work from the belief that people
make a difference in an organization. If people function optimally at their workplace, they contribute productively to delivering a high-quality product. That is why my way of working fits well with Sens, healthy and committed employees are the capital for one
organization.
I work by first listening carefully to people and in this way try to identify the underlying cause of the problem. From here I encourage people, in a stimulating way, to change their behavior and thus enable them to identify the cause of the problem themselves.
