Since 1997 I have been a Mensendieck exercise therapist in Eindhoven locations StrijpS and Airbornelaan, Airborne health center. Exercise therapy is a wonderful way to better understand your physical complaints through the body and to learn how to repair and prevent complaints. By letting people experience how they can positively influence their health and vitality, pain and discomfort are reduced. I help them with this through various treatment techniques.

I combine working as a therapist with working in and for companies, including in the field of RSI prevention and physical (over or under) strain. I also assist employees with burnout and/or overload.

In my work I guide many people with stress-related problems and burnout.

From my profession as Ing. As a business administration and therapist, I advise companies in the field of healthy working (sense in company). Our field of work is mainly in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. We run a large health program on the campus in Eindhoven and see many expats in practice. Our training and therapies are provided in Dutch and English.

I work at Sens Beweegt je as an Exercise Therapist Cesar, a children's exercise therapist at locations Airbornelaan, StrijpS in Eindhoven and also work in Vessem. What I like about the profession is the challenge of encouraging and motivating people towards healthy exercise behavior and helping to reduce complaints. In addition, my passion lies in the field of pediatric exercise therapy. The nice thing about working with children is that every child is different.
It is a challenge to find a suitable method for every child that stimulates and motivates him or her to get the best out of themselves, with fun in movement being the top priority. I also regularly see children with stress-related problems and sleep problems.

I have been working as a Cesar Exercise Therapist since 1990. From the beginning of 2021, I will be part of the Sens moves je team and work at the Strijp-S location.

Exercise is my passion. It gives me satisfaction to give people insight into their own movement and complaints, so that they can... yourself can exert optimal influence on this. This results in a reduction of complaints for a longer term, you can become your own therapist.

Over the years I have gained extensive experience in pregnancy-related (pelvic) complaints. There is a lot to offer in the field of exercise therapy regarding pregnancy and recovery after childbirth. It is rewarding work to be able to guide women during this special period.

I have also studied the treatment of osteoarthritis complaints and dizziness complaints.

My name is Kine and I am a physiotherapist. I am originally from Norway and ended up here in 2009 for my physiotherapy training.
In addition to regular posture and movement therapy, I also like to work with breathing.
My love for the profession lies mainly in the areas of relaxation and breathing. I work with the Dixhoorn method and other methods as well. You can come to me with hyperventilation, anxiety or other questions regarding breathing or relaxation, but of course also for muscle and skeletal problems. I also enjoy working with pregnant or new mothers.
