A relaxation massage is a massage aimed at relaxing the muscles and stimulating blood circulation. Classical massage techniques such as stroking and gentle kneading are used.

A sports massage contributes to the removal of waste products that are present in the muscles after intensive exercise and/or sports experience. The skin, muscles, tendons and joints are affected with different handles. This form of massage is often chosen in combination with medical taping.

Special treatment table for pregnant women:

For this massage, at Sens Beweegt Je we have a special Prental massage table with a recess for the abdomen and breasts. This allows you to simply lie on your stomach during the massage. The abdomen is well supported. If you do not like this, you can also be massaged on your side or sitting on a massage chair.

Pregnancy massages are given from 12 weeks until delivery.

The arrival of a child also changes a lot for (expectant) dads.

All events and possible sleepless nights can cause neck, shoulder or back problems. A SENS PAPA massage addresses the problem area and provides a moment of relaxation.

Need a quick moment of relaxation? Then consider a chair massage. In a relatively short time, your upper back, neck, shoulders and head are loosened with various techniques. To do this, you take a seat on the chair massage chair with your clothes on. We do not use oil with this massage technique.
