Mindfulness Eindhoven
Mindfulness means being present in the moment with full friendly attention. This creates a high degree of connectedness with others, with your work, with your body and mind. Mindfulness does not mean being zen or cheerful all day long: there are also unwanted feelings and situations. Where you have influence you can change them and where you have no influence you can learn to accept unwanted feelings and situations: not to waste unnecessary energy on them. That is quite an art because often negative things stick and we tend to be overwhelmed by things that we cannot do much about ourselves.
It is a proven effective method in the fight against stress, obesity, gloomy thoughts, brooding thoughts and poor sleep.
