Training

Employees are supported with handling stress. Aside from individual courses there are interventions aimed at the team and relation to managers.

We offer coaching to employees so they feel satisfied at work. Moreover we coach in the area of career development. Sens Company forms a bridge between the management team and employees.
The training is given according to the customer’s wishes and goal of the company.

The training is aimed at dealing with pressure and stress. There is also a focus on how to be creative in ‘heavy’ circumstances and huge changes.

When you have the ‘wrong focus’ stress arises. Research shows that minfulness contributes to the engagement to work, hapiness and energy. By doing so you can use your power as a person and as a group and contribute to a positive result.
This training consists of 3 group meetings of 2 hours.

This training is meant for departments as well as MT teams of large companies.
We use workbooks and downloads.

In the workshop healthy working we focus on ergonomics of the workplace, healthy posture and exercises in the work environment.
In the workshop healthy working participants will be trained to prevent and handle stress. It concenrs a training customly put togehter for the management team as well as groups and individuals.

Workshops

In this workshop we focus on reducing stress.

Employees learn more about the atonomy and fysiology of stress. Stress and it’s negative consequences will be discussed as well of the positive side of stress. What you can do about different levels of stress will be discussed in the workshop. It consists of a general part of 11/2 hours for the group and next to that participants receive personal advise regarding their workplace. We make use of sophisticated equipment such as heart coherence to measure stress.

In this workshop (groups of) employees are trained to lift in a healthy manner, bend and they learn certain moving techniques. This workshop takes place on the workplace mostly at companies where the physical workload is big.
In this workshop we focus on reducing stress.

You will learn how to positively influence your fitness.

In this workshop participants will learn more about the physique of a human being and about the influence of sports on relaxation. They will learn about the effect of (lunch) walks and exercises during work. The exercises concern muscles relaxation exercises and posture and moving advises. After a general group meeting of 1 hour the participants receive personal advise considering the workplace of employees.
Small exercising material can be used to encourage healthy working.

In this workshop we focus on sitting in a healthy manner. Everyone has a certain way of sitting.

Sitting can cause unnecessary complaints. Shoulder and neck complaints or headache can be the result.
Breathing inefficiencies can also be the result of sitting issues.
In this workshop relaxation and sitting posture are important. After a group meeting of 1 hour participants will receive personal advise about their workplace. We work with sitting balls to encourage the sitting posture.
