Trainings
In addition to coaching employees to use their strengths and feel comfortable in their work, there is also guidance in the area of career development. Sens in bedrijf forms a bridge between the management team and the employees.
The training is tailor-made and depends on the objectives of the employee and the company.
A lot of stress is built up by focusing your attention “wrong” namely while you are busy thinking about the next thing. Research shows that mindful working contributes positively to a sense of involvement in the work, feeling happy and feeling energetic. In this way, you optimally use your strength as a person and as a group and contribute to a positive company result.
This training consists of 3 group meetings of 2 hours.
This training is offered to departments as well as to MT teams of (medium) large companies.
A workbook and downloads are used.
In the healthy working training, participants are trained in stress prevention and stress management. This is a customized training where work is done at the level of MT, group/department and individual.
Workshops
Employees learn more about the anatomy and physiology of stress. The positive characteristics of stress and when stress has negative consequences are discussed. What to do about different stress levels is indicated in the workshop. This consists of a general part of 11/2 hours for the group and in addition participants receive personal advice at the workplace. Heart coherence measurement can be used to measure stress.

In this workshop, participants will learn more about the physiology of sports and its influence at rest. They will learn more about the effect of (lunch) walking and exercises during work. The exercises concern muscle relaxation exercises and posture and movement advice. After a general group meeting of 1 hour, the participants of the workshop will receive personal advice at the workplace.
Small exercise equipment can be used to continuously work on fitness in the workplace.
It is possible that sitting causes unnecessary fatigue and strain to your body. Shoulder and neck pain or headaches can be the result.
But also consider less efficient breathing because you collapse a bit or digestive problems because of this.
This workshop focuses on the development of the relaxed sitting position. After a group meeting of 1 hour, participants in the workshop will receive personal advice in the workplace. Sitting balls can be used to practice the relaxed sitting position.
